By creating an account, topping up your wallet, or completing a purchase on GramNumber, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. Services we provide
GramNumber is a digital marketplace for virtual phone numbers, Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium, SecureTD account files, and related services. Availability, pricing, and stock are shown before checkout and may change without notice.
We act as a reseller or facilitator for certain third-party suppliers. Fulfillment times depend on supplier capacity and verification requirements.
4. Wallet, pricing & payments
Most purchases are paid from your prepaid wallet balance in USD equivalent. Top-ups are processed through supported payment gateways shown on the wallet page. Prices at checkout are final for that order.
Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, or abuse of payment methods may result in account restriction and reversal of credits.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for illegal activity, spam, fraud, harassment, or circumventing platform rules (including Telegram, WhatsApp, or other third-party terms). You must comply with local laws regarding virtual numbers and online accounts.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders we reasonably believe violate this section.
6. Delivery & third parties
Digital goods are delivered to your account dashboard, API, or download link when the order status shows completed. SMS codes and supplier files are provided as received from upstream APIs; we do not control third-party platforms.
Delivery issues caused by incorrect usernames, expired links, or user error are not grounds for automatic refunds — see our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimer & liability
Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent number availability, or that a third-party platform will accept a number or account.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order from your wallet, except where law requires otherwise.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced on the site.
